These are the last lot of gifts created!!! Completed !!!! Well, still have the gift wallets for some $$$$$ to make to go with these……..but these are some of the little notebooks that are ideal for handbags. These are gifts for each of our employees at the vet practice…..Warren carefully selected papers that reflect each employee in some way and I created these over the last few days. These are made using cheap little ditto notebooks picked up at the local Big W and then altered…..they are made with one sheet of double sided paper (the other side is used for inside the back and front covers and a long half a sheet of coordinating cardstock to mount the front and back page on. The ribbon is threaded through holes that are punched using a crop a dile II. This little baby helps get right into the middle of the cover near the spine.
Here they are up close, those with current patterned paper. It was a great way to use up some retired paper as well as dwindling my bulging ribbon collection just a tad.
I think I may run a class on these early in February. In the meantime, I have scheduled my first Stash collectors stamp club for the 12th of February.I think we might make these books the first project. Want to make these for free?
