I lied last post……this was is definitely my favourite. I have cut out a circle in whisper white using the circle scissors to fit the scallop circle. I have stamped the tree trimming image from the welcome christmas set in soft suede. I have then sprayed the whole circle with shimmer paint (in frost white) made up as a mist (about 5mL of propyl alcohol and 10 drops of the paint). I have let it dry thoroughly(it will curl up at first and flatten as the alcohol eveaporates) leaving the surface a cool texture and sparkling like some cool vampires we know……..I added extra glitter to the star they are placing in the image with two way pen and dazzling diamonds. This is matted onto the real red scallop. The seasons greeting is stamped on a scrap of white using the suede and red markers and trimmed up with the handy, dandy paper snips. I have then used the two way glue pen around the entire image (between the solid and the dotted line) and dazzling diamonds added. This is mounted on the DSP (Christmas cocoa) which is then placed on a suede card front. The real red satin ribbon finished it off beautifully.
The inside used a piece of the scrap DSP and a stamped image in red from the same stamp set with a sentiment stamped in sift suede from the snow swirled set.
